Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory-direct artificial flower manufacturer. Our own factory is located in Wuqing District, Tianjin, China, and our foreign trade department is in the Huayuan High-tech Zone. We have been in the flower business since 2008, with in-house production and strict quality control on every batch.
Where is your factory? Can I visit or get a video tour?
Our factory is in Wuqing District, Tianjin, about a 1.5-hour drive from Beijing. We welcome customer visits and can arrange a live video tour of our production lines before you place an order.
How long have you been making artificial flowers?
Since 2008. Over 17 years of experience in the artificial flower industry gives us a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs and international trade rules.
What quality control measures do you have?
We cooperate with more than 20 raw material manufacturers and strictly control material selection and processing. Every batch goes through in-house inspection before shipment to ensure color, size and durability meet your standards.
What types of artificial flowers do you offer?
We offer more than 200 product categories, including classic roses, tulips, lilies, hydrangeas, orchids, eustomas, peonies, sunflowers and many more. We also provide artificial foliage, greenery and flower arrangements.
What materials are your flowers made of?
Our flowers are mainly made of high-quality silk and polyester fabrics with plastic or wire stems. The fabric petals give a natural, realistic look, while the wire stems are flexible and easy to arrange. We strictly select raw materials to ensure quality and durability.
What is the difference between silk flowers and plastic flowers?
Silk or fabric flowers look more natural, feel softer and drape like real flowers, which makes them ideal for weddings, home decor and high-end displays. Plastic flowers are more durable and weather-resistant, better for outdoor use. We offer both, depending on your market and application.
Are your artificial flowers safe? Do they have any smell?
Yes. We use non-toxic, odor-free materials suitable for indoor use. If you need specific compliance certificates for your market, contact us and we will check availability.
Do you offer pre-made bouquets and arrangements, or only single stems?
We offer both single stems and pre-assembled bouquets, wreaths, garlands and arrangements. Tell us your target market and we will recommend the right option.
Can you match specific colors and Pantone shades?
Yes. We can match your specified color, including Pantone shades, and produce samples for your confirmation before mass production.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes, we do. Blush-Rose provides OEM and ODM services according to your color, pattern, size, flower type and packaging requirements. We have hundreds of patterns and more than 200 sets of molds to choose from.
What exactly can be customized?
You can customize flower type, color, size, petal material, stem length and type, quantity per stem, packaging and labeling. Our team will work closely with you to turn your requirements into production.
Can you develop flowers from my sample or photo?
Yes. Send us your sample or photos with dimensions, and our team will evaluate and develop a matching product with samples for your approval.
What is the lead time for customized products?
Sample production usually takes 7 to 15 days and mass production 15 to 30 days after sample approval, depending on the complexity and order quantity.
Do you provide custom packaging and private label?
Yes. We can customize packaging design and add your brand label or logo. Just share your design or requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible. We welcome small test orders so you can check our quality first, and offer better prices for bulk quantities.
How is your pricing determined? Do you offer tiered pricing?
Pricing depends on flower type, material, size, customization and quantity. Larger quantities get better unit prices. Contact us with your requirements and quantity and we will reply with a quotation within 24 hours.
How do I get a quote?

Do your prices include shipping?
Prices are quoted as EXW or FOB Tianjin port by default. Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and shipping method. We can provide a full CIF or DDP quote on request.
Can you send me a catalog or price list?
Of course. Contact us and we will send our catalog with product photos and codes. Price lists are available for target products based on your order quantity.
How do I place an order?
Simply contact us with your product codes and quantities. We will confirm the quotation, send you a PI or proforma invoice, and start production after payment and sample approval.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available before you place a bulk order. We recommend sampling first to check our quality, color accuracy and workmanship.
How much do samples cost? Is the fee refundable?
Sample cost depends on the product. For most items the sample fee is low, and it is refundable or deductible from your first bulk order. Shipping cost is paid by the customer.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Samples are usually ready within 3 to 7 days, plus 3 to 7 days for international express delivery such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union and L/C for larger orders. For new customers, a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment is common.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship worldwide by express such as DHL, FedEx or UPS for samples and small orders, by air freight for medium orders, and by sea container for bulk orders. We will recommend the most cost-effective option for you.
What is the delivery time for bulk orders?
Standard delivery time is 15 to 30 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and customization. We will confirm the exact schedule in the proforma invoice.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we export to customers in more than 100 countries across Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.
What if some products are defective or damaged?
We stand behind our quality. If you receive damaged or defective items, send us photos within 7 days of receipt and we will provide replacements or a solution. Every batch is inspected before shipment to keep this rare.
